National Assembly Speaker Receives Ambassador of Mali

On 14 May, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Bamba Meguet, the Speaker of the National Assembly, met with H.E. Mr. Mohamed Dibassi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Mali to Mauritania.

The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, the activation of parliamentary diplomacy, and the means to develop it.

During the meeting, the two parties expressed their willingness to support the efforts of the leaders of the two countries aimed at developing bilateral relations and consolidating peace and tranquility in the Mauritanian-Malian border area.
