The Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Bilal Messoud, chaired, on Tuesday at the premises of the Prime Ministry, a meeting of the Supreme Council for Digitization.
The meeting was able to reiterate the progress made in the implementation of the National Plan for Digital Governance and the roadmap to enhance the coverage of telecommunications networks to the national domain implemented by the government, in accordance with the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, as well as the extent of progress in upgrading the basket of digital services provided to users in order to raise the physical nature of transactions in various fields in order to reach the degree of digitization of all services directed to the public.
In conclusion, the Prime Minister urged the intervening sectors to expedite the implementation of the remaining components of the approved action plan, calling on the national private sector to play an effective and essential role in order to raise the quality of services provided in the field of digitization and communications.
