President of Republic Arrives in Kigali

The President of the Republic and Chairperson of the African Union, HE Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, arrived on Saturday in the Rwandan capital, Kigali, to participate in the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi, which takes place on April 7 each year.
