Minister of Fishing Holds Discussions with the Turkish Ambassador

The Minister of Fishing and Marine Economy, Mr. Mukhtar El-Husseinou Lam, held discussions yesterday Thursday in Nouakchott, with His Excellency Mr. Burhan Koroglu, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey accredited to Mauritania.
The meeting discussed cooperation relations between Mauritania and Turkey and ways to enhance and develop them, especially in the field of fishing and the marine economy.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry, Mr. Sidi Ali Ould Sidi Babakar, the Commander of the Mauritanian Coast Guard, and the Director of Programming and Cooperation at the Ministry.
