President of the Republic Chairs the Swearing-in Ceremony of the Chairman and Members of the Financial Transparency Committee in Public Life

The President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, chaired, Wednesday at

the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, the swearing-in ceremony of the Chairman and

members of the Committee on Financial Transparency in Public Life.

At the beginning of the ceremony, His Excellency the President of the Republic invited the

Chairman of the Committee, Cheikh Ahmed Ould Sid Ahmed, President of the Supreme

Court, to take the legal oath, before inviting the members of the Committee to do the same.

His Excellency the President of the Republic, after the swearing-in of the Chairman and

members of the Committee, announced their inauguration in their new duties.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended by:

– Mohamed Bemba Meguett, President of the National Assembly,

– Diallo Mamadou Bathia, President of the Constitutional Council,

– Moulay Ould Mohamed Laghdaf, Minister and Secretary-General of the Presidency

of the Republic,

– Hameid Ould Ahmed Taleb, President of the Court of Accounts,

– Isselmou Ould Sid El Mustaph, President of the High Council for Fatwa and

Grievances,

– -Mohamed Lemine Ould Mohamed Lemine, Prosecutor General of the Supreme

Court,

– Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Ematt, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic.
