Kuwait’s Ambassador in Nouakchott Hosts a Reception on the Occasion of his Country’s National Day Celebration

HE Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Mauritania Ebdah Makead Addaoseri held a reception on Thursday evening in Nouakchott on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The Government was represented at the ceremony by Mr.  Mohamed Salem Ould Merzough, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Ms. Hindou Ment Ainaina, Advisor at the Prime Ministry, and Ambassador, Director-General of the Directorate of Support and Joint Means, Acting Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Massar Sissokou.

The ceremony was also attended by Ambassador and Director General of the Directorate of Bilateral Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Hanchi Ould El Kettab, Mr. Mohamed Ould Babe Ould Ely Mahmoud, Ambassador and Director of Protocol, Ms. Aminettou Mint Sidi Mohamed, Assistant Director of the Arab World Department, some leaders of political parties and prominent figures.

The ceremony was marked by the playing of the national anthems of the two brotherly countries, and the screening of a documentary film highlighting the bilateral cooperation relations between them.
