Minister of Equipment and Transport holds Working Session with Moroccan Counterpart

The Minister of Equipment and Transport, Mohamed Ali Ould Sidi Mohamed, held on Tuesday in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco, a working session with the Moroccan Minister of Equipment and Water, Nizar Baraka, as part of his working visit to Morocco at the head of an important delegation from his sector.

During the meeting, the two ministers discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of equipment and transport infrastructure, and urged the need to activate and accelerate work on joint projects to embody the vision of the leaders of the two countries and meet the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

During the meeting, a joint technical committee was assigned to work on preparing the necessary plans and agreements to be presented and signed during the work of the Higher Joint Committee for Cooperation in its next session.

The meeting was attended by the Mauritanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, Ahmedou Ould Bahia, as well as members of the Mauritanian and Moroccan delegations.

The Minister of Equipment and Transport, Mohamed Ali Ould Sidi Mohamed, also attended a lunch session hosted in his honor by the Moroccan Minister of Equipment and Water and attended by the Moroccan Minister of Transport and Logistics, Mohamed Abdeljalil.

The meeting was an opportunity to talk about transportation and equipment between the two countries in all aspects and ways to raise its performance.
