Oil Minister Returns to Nouakchott

On 23 January, Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, the Minister of Oil, Mines, and Energy, government spokesperson, returned to Nouakchott from Bamako, where he participated in the 76th session of the Council of Ministers of the Organization for the Development of the Senegal River held on 22 January in the Malian capital.
