Foreign Minister Returns to Nouakchott

On 20 January, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, arrived in Nouakchott after a visit during which he conveyed messages from His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, to the heads of state of Algeria, Libya, and Tunisia.
