President of Republic Congratulates President of Libyan Presidential Council

On 23 December, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Al Menfi, the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country:
