Prime Minister Arrives in Nouadhibou to Supervise on Behalf of the President of the Republic, the Inauguration and Laying of the Foundation Stone for Development Projects

Prime Minister Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud arrived Monday evening in Nouadhibou, at the beginning of a two-day working visit to the capital of the province of Dakhlet Nouadhibou, during which he will supervise, on behalf of His Excellency the President of the Republic, the inauguration and laying of the foundation stone for a number of important development projects for the benefit of the state.

Upon his arrival at Nouadhibou International Airport, the Prime Minister was received by the Governor of Dakhlet Nouadhibou, Mahi Ould Hamed, the Commander of the First Military Region, Major General Ely  Zayed Mbarek, the President of the Nouadhibou Free Zone, Mr. Ba Abdou Lay, the President of the Nouadhibou Region, Mohamed El Mami Ould Ahmed Bezeid, the Mayor of the Municipality of Nouadhibou, El Kacem Ould Bellali, the Governor of the Province, Sid’Ahmed Ould Houibib, local elected officials and the military and security authorities at the level of the provincial capital.

The Prime Minister reviewed units of the army and the National Guard, which paid him a salute of honor, before shaking hands with future senior political actors, dignitaries and dignitaries of the state.

Upon his arrival in Nouadhibou, the Prime Minister of the Mauritanian News Agency made the following statement:

“I came today to the economic capital city of Nouadhibou to supervise the inauguration and launch of several development projects, on behalf of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, who was unable to attend with you due to emergency reasons.

It really deserves this reception because, thankfully, over the four years and more, it has provided an honorable outcome in all political, social and economic fields.

On this basis, we thank you very much and commit to you that His Excellency, God willing, will honor you in an important visit because the efforts you have made in the past days will not waste hopefully, and you will receive him in the way that suits you,
