President of Republic Arrives in Kuwait to Offer Condolences

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, arrived at dawn on Monday in the State of Kuwait, to offer condolences to the late Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
