Minister of Finance Receives a Delegation From Meridian Company Management

On Thursday 7 December, the Minister of Finance, Mr. Isselomou Ould Mohamd Embadi, received, in his office, a delegation from the management of Meridian Company, which is charged with building a sand barrier to protect Nouakchott from rising ocean water levels.

During the meeting, the Minister was briefed on the progress of work on this project, and urged the mission team to accelerate the pace of work before the next rainy period.

The meeting was attended by Advisor to the Minister of Finance in charge of Information Technology, Mr. Khatri Ould Yezid.
