The President of the Republic Arrives in Dakar to Participate in the International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, arrived Monday morning in Dakar to participate in the ninth session of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa, at the kind invitation of his brother Macky Sall, President of the sisterly Republic of Senegal.

His Excellency the President of the Republic addressed the Forum through a valuable speech that touched on the various dimensions posed by the challenges of peace and development in Africa, especially in the Sahel region.

His Excellency the President of the Republic is accompanied by an important delegation that includes:

– Mokhtar Ould Diay, Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic;

– Ahmedou Ould Ahmedou, Ambassador of our country in Dakar;

– Yahya Ould Kebd, in charge of the Presidency of the Republic;

– Tal Osman, Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic;

– El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.
