President of Republic Congratulates Panamanian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Laurentino Cortizo, the President of the Republic of Panama, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
