Food Safety Commissioner Meets With Qatari Minister of Environment

On 4 October, in Nouakchott, Ms. Fatimettou Mint Khattry, the Commissioner for Food Security, met with Mr. Faleh bin Nasser bin Ahmed bin Ali Al Thani, the Qatari Minister of Environment and Climate Change.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the cooperative relations between the two brotherly countries and ways and means to strengthen and further develop them, particularly in the food security area. 

Ms. Mint Khattry also spoke with Ambassador Bader bin Omar Al Dafa, the Expo 2023 Doha Commissioner, about the opportunities offered by the expo to Mauritania and ways to take advantage of them.
