President of Republic Congratulates King of Lesotho

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mouhamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Tuesday, the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty Letsie III, King of Lesotho, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
