Foreign Minister Meets With UN Experts

On 25 September, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received a UN working group on discrimination against women and girls.

The meeting addressed issues related to discrimination against women and girls, particularly the efforts made and the legal and institutional measures taken by the Mauritanian government and its competent bodies.
