President of Republic Congratulates Malta President

His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency George Vella, the President of the Republic of Malta, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
