President of Republic Offers Condolences to Libya for Victims of Floods

On 14 September, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, offered his most sincere condolences and sympathy to the brotherly Libyan people following the painful humanitarian catastrophe resulting from the hurricane and floods which swept Libya, expressing the sympathy and solidarity of the Mauritanian government and people with sisterly Libya.

His Excellency wrote on his account on “X”:

“At a time when the human and material damage caused by the hurricane and floods in Libya continues, we offer our sincere condolences and our deepest sympathy to the brotherly Libyan people

following this painful humanitarian crisis. While affirming the sympathy and solidarity of the Mauritanian government and people, we implore Allah to protect Libya and its brotherly people from every harm.”
