Mauritania Condoles Algeria Following Fatal Traffic Accident

The Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania has offered its sincere condolences and compassion to the government of the sisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria following the collision which took place on 19 July in the far south of Algeria and which caused the death of several people.

This came in a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad that reads as follows:

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad learned with deep sadness the news of the traffic accident that took place on Wednesday between a bus carrying travelers and a small truck near the cit. of Tamanrasset, in the far south of Algeria and which caused the death and injury of several people.

On this painful occasion, the Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania offers its sincere condolences to the sisterly Algerian government and the victims families, imploring Allah the Almighty to shower His Mercy upon the disappeared and grant the injured a speedy recovery”.
