President of Republic Congratulates Rwandan President

On 30 June,  His Excellency  Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda, on the occasion of the celebration by his country of its National Day.

In this message, His Excellency affirmed Mauritania’s desire to develop and strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation with the Republic of Rwanda.

Here is the full text of that message:

“Mr. President and Dear Brother,

The celebration of your country’s National Day offers me the pleasant opportunity to extend you my warm congratulations and express my best wishes for progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Rwanda.

I take this opportunity to reaffirm to you our desire to work, with Your Excellency, to develop and strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation between our two countries.
