President of Republic Congratulates Malagasy Counterpart

On 25 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Andry Rajoelina, the President of the Republic of Madagascar, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country :
