President of Republic Returns From Paris

On 23 June, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from France after participating in the Paris Summit for a new global financial pact.

The President of the Republic was welcomed at Nouakchott Oumtounsy International Airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, some members of the Government, the Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Wali of Western Nouakchott, and the Vice President of the Region of Nouakchott.

During this trip, the President of the Republic was accompanied by a large delegation including:

-Dr. Mariem Vadhel Dah, the First Lady,

-Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad,

-Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors;

-Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic;

-Mr. Ahmed Ould Bahiya, the Ambassador of Mauritania in Paris;

-Mr. Ahmed Ould Bahini, an Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic;

-Mr. El Hussein Ould Nagi, an Adviser at the Presidency of the Republic;

-Mr. El Hacen Ould Ahmed, the Director General of State Protocol.
