Geneva: Mauritania Takes Part in International Labor Conference

On 11 June, in Geneva, Ms. Zeinabou Mint Hmednah, the Minister of Public Service and Labor, left Nouakchott for Geneva (Switzerland) to participate in the 111th session of the International Labor Conference, which is taking place at the headquarters of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva from 5 to 16 June.

The agenda for this session includes the discussion of key issues, including: “The report of the Director General of the organization on the promotion of social justice, another on the conditions of workers in the occupied Arab territories, reports on apprenticeship, social protection for workers, and ways to achieve a just transition toward sustainable and inclusive economies, quality apprenticeship, and workers’ protection.
