President of Republic Congratulates Sultan of Brunei

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei, on his country’s celebration of its national day:
