Mauritania participates in African Health Ministers’ Meeting on COVID-19 Vaccine

Mauritania, represented by its Minister of Health, Mr. Mohamed Nedhirou Ould Hamed, participated, on Tuesday via videoconference, in a meeting of African ministers of health on how to acquire the COVID-19 vaccine.

The meeting was marked by an exchange of ideas and knowledge on the various anti-COVID-19 vaccines, and the ways and means to achieve the expected results.

African countries are currently racing against time to obtain the COVID-19 vaccine, a pandemic that has severely affected the international community.
