President of Republic Offers Condolences to UAE President

On 11 February, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, had a telephone call with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the brotherly Stateof the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to offer him his sincere condolences following the death of the late Sheikha Maryam bint Abdallah Ibn Selim El Velassi, the mother of Sheikha Selama bint Hamdane bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, the wife of the brother Head of UAE.

The first lady, Dr Mariem Mint Mohamed Vadel Ould Dah, also had a telephone conversation with Sheikha Selama bint Hamdane bin Mohamed Al Nahyan to offer her condolences following the death of her mother, may Allah cover her with His Mercy and

welcome her into His Holy Paradise.
