Economic Minister Leaves for Tokyo

On 14 January, Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, left Nouakchott for Tokyo (Japan).

During the visit, the Minister will hold talks with some Japanese officials to discuss economic cooperation between the two countries.

The meetings will bring together the President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), as well as officials from Japan’s ministries of economic and foreign affairs.
