President of Republic Arrives in Niamey

On 24 November, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, arrived in Niamey, the capital of the Republic of Niger, to take part in the African Union (AU) summit on Industrialization and Economic Diversification in Africa and the AU Extraordinary Session on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
Upon his arrival at the Niamey International Airport, the President of the Republic was welcomed by a high-level Nigerien delegation, led by the Prime Minister, Mr. Ouhou Moudou, the Mauritanian Ambassador in Addis Ababa, Mauritania’s resident representative to the African Union, and the Mauritanian Ambassador to Niger, the staff of the embassy and members of the Mauritanian community living in this brotherly country.
