President of Republic Congratulates Zambian Counterpart

On 23 October, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, the President of the Republic of Zambia on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s National Day.
The message reads as follows:
“Excellency and dear brother,

On the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Zambia, it is a pleasure for me to express to you my warm congratulations and my best wishes for health and happiness for your Excellency and more progress and prosperity for the friendly Zambian people.
I also reiterate to your Excellency our desire to continue efforts to strengthen and develop cooperative relations between our two countries in the interest of our two friendly people.
