Mauritania Participates in 73rd Session of African Commission on Human, Peoples’ Rights

On 21 October, Mr. Cheikh Ahmedou Ould Ahmed Salem Ould Sidi, the Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, and Relations with Civil Society, left Nouakchott for Banjul, to take part in the work of the 73rd Ordinary session of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, to be held in the Gambian capital from 20 October to 9 November 2022.
During this session, the Commissioner will present our country’s periodic report on the implementation of the requirements of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
