President of Constitutional Council Returns From Cairo

On 18 September, Mr. Diallo Mamadou Bhatia, the President of the Constitutional Council, returned to Nouakchott from Cairo (Egypt), where he had participated in the work of the sixth Conference of Presidents of Councils, Constitutional Courts, and Supreme Courts of Africa.
