On 17 September, Mr. Moctar Ahmed El Yedaly, the Minister of Digital Transition, Innovation, and Modernization of Administration, left Nouakchott for New York (USA), where he is to participate in the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Minister will participate in the high-level meeting scheduled for 21 September, under the theme: “Lessons learned from the use of public digital infrastructures during the current crisis”.
At this high-level meeting, Mr. Ahmed El Yedaly will present Mauritania’s vision, which aims, among other things, to reduce the digital divide in our country, exploit digital technology to accelerate the pace of economic growth and citizens’ access to all services, especially the most vulnerable groups.
