Education Ministry, British NGO Sign MoU

On 6 June in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Melainine Ould Eyih, the Minister of National Education and Reform of Education System, government spokesperson, supervised, in the presence of the executive director of the British NGO ‘Spana’, the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between his department and this humanitarian organization, which intervenes through four programs including that relating to education.

The agreement, signed by Mr. Ali Sylli Soumare, the Secretary General of the Ministry, and Mr. Bebaha H’Medeit, the National Director of the NGO, aims to create green schools and a conducive educational environment to boost environmental culture in schools.
