Minister of Health Receives WHO Representative

On 12 April, the Minister of Health, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Dahi, received Ms. Charlotte N’Diaye, the Resident Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Mauritania.

The meeting focused on cooperation between our country and the WHO, particularly in vaccination against COVID-19.

Ms. N’Diaye saluted our country’s efforts which allowed it to rank among the top ten countries in vaccination coverage.
The meeting also allowed discussion of the preparation for the WHO General Assembly scheduled for next May.
