President of Republic Congratulates Kenyan Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory telegram to the President of Kenya, His Excellency Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
