President of Republic Congratulates Emirati Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory telegram to His Majesty Sheikh Khalifa Ben Zayed al Nayane, President of the United Arab of Emirates:
