His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, returned, on Monday afternoon, to Nouakchott from the town of Chami (Wilaya of Dakhlet-Nouadhibou) after having supervised the inauguration of some vital infrastructures.
Upon his arrival at Nouakchott-Oumtounsy International Airport, the President of the Republic was received by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud, the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministers of Justice, Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, National Defense and Interior and Decentralization, as well as by the Chief of the Particular Staff of the President of the Republic, the Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the wali of Western Nouakchott, and the President of the regional council of Nouakchott.
During this trip, His Excellency the President of the Republic was accompanied by a large delegation including particularly:
– Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh, the Minister of Oil, Mines, and Energy;
– Mr. Mohamed El Hacen Ould Boukhreîss, the Minister of Water and Sanitation;
– Ms. Mariem Bekaye, the Minister of the Environment and Sustainable Development;
– Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lamine, the Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic;
– Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Mohamed Vadel, Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic;
– Mr. Saleh Ould Dehmach, Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic;
– Mr. El Hacen Ould Ahmed, the Director-General of State Protocol.
