President of Republic Congratulates Central African Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent, on Monday, the following congratulatory message to the President of the Central African Republic, Mr. Faustin Archange Touadera, on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s National Day:
