Minister of Economic Affairs meets German Delegation

The Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, held a meeting, Thursday in Nouakchott, with a German delegation, including Ms. Isabel Henin, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Mauritania, and Mr. Christoph Raoh, Director of Africa at the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development in Germany.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the various aspects of fruitful economic cooperation between our country and Germany.

The Alliance for the Sahel was the focus of an extensive conversation, during which the two sides reviewed ways to enhance the support and financing that Federal Germany can provide to the G5 Sahel countries in the face of the challenges it faces at various levels.
