Foreign Minister Receives Egyptian Ambassador

Mr. Ismaïl Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received, on Monday in Nouakchott, HE Mr. Ahmed Salama, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose mission is ending in Mauritania.

During the meeting, the Minister praised the efforts of the Egyptian diplomat to strengthen the ties of brotherhood and friendship between the two brotherly countries.

For his part, the Ambassador said he was pleased with the positive attitude of the Mauritanian government toward him during his presence in the country.
