Minister of Economic Affairs Leaves for Kuwait

On 10 September, Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, left Nouakchott for the brotherly state of Kuwait where he is expected to meet with Arab donors.

During his stay in Kuwait, the Minister will hold talks with officials of the Kuwaiti Fund for Development and the Arab Fund for Economic Development.

Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane will then visit the State of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he will have meetings with officials of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, the Saudi Fund for Development, and the investment funds in the two countries for consultation on the projects and the financing directed by these financial institutions towards Mauritania.
