Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development: The Mauritanian government has implemented important development programs.

The Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Mr. Waleed Shamlan Ahmed Al-Bahar, congratulated the residents of the city of Kiffa on the occasion of the commencement of the project to supply Kiffa and a number of neighboring towns and villages with drinking water, which represents a continuation of the fruitful cooperation between Mauritania and the sister state of Kuwait.
He reviewed the areas of ongoing cooperation between the two brotherly countries, considering this project a pivotal milestone among them, expressing his appreciation to the Mauritanian government for the developmental programs it implements in service of comprehensive development, while also praising the role of partners and their efforts that contributed to the success of these programs.
He reiterated the Fund’s readiness to continue supporting Mauritania’s developmental programs, hoping that this project will achieve its intended results and directly benefit the population.
