Fatwa High Council President Leaves for UAE

On 13 December, Mr. Isselmou Ould Sid’El Moustaph, President of the High Council of Fatwa and Grievances, left Nouakchott for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to join the third World Conference on Fatwa. The event, hosted by the Emirates Council for Legal Fatwa, takes place in Abu Dhabi on 15 and 16 December. The conference theme is: “The family in Islamic law: national identity and a unified society.”
