President of the Republic returns to Nouakchott after inaugurating and launching development projects in the city of Zouerate

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, returned this afternoon, Tuesday, to Nouakchott, coming from the city of Zouerate, the capital of the Tiris Zemmour region, after inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for development facilities and projects, as part of commemorating the 65th anniversary of the National Independence Day.

His Excellency the President of the Republic was received at Nouakchott International Airport, Oumtounsi, by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Diay, the Minister and Secretary-General of the Presidency, Mr. Moulaye Ould Mohamed Lagdhaf, the Ministers and Advisors to the Presidency, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Sheikh Abdullah Ben Boye and Ms. Aïssata Ba Yahya, the Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Ould sweidatt,  the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad,ohamed Salem Ould Merzough, the Minister of Interior, Decentralization Promotion and Local Development, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Al-Amine, Chief of the Special Staff of the President of the Republic, General Mohamed Mokhtar Cheikh Amini, Assistant Director of the President’s Office, Ms. Gandega Fatimata, Governor of Western Nouakchott, Mr. Oumrerbih Rabo Ould Bounen Ould Abidine, and the Vice President of the Nouakchott Region, Mr.Mr. Beirouk Mohamed Al-Amin Beirouk.
