Culture Minister receives academics from King Juan Carlos University

The Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesperson, Mr. El Houssein Ould Meddou, received a delegation of academics from the King Juan Carlos University in Madrid on Tuesday at his office in Nouakchott. The delegation was led by the university’s rector, Mr. Abraham Duarte Muñoz, and included the secretary general, Ms. Marta Albert, and the Head of Faculty and Cooperation, Mr. Miguel Ángel del Río Vega.

The meeting focused on examining ways to strengthen cultural and academic cooperation between Mauritania and Spain and exploring opportunities for partnership in the areas of training, exchange of experiences and capacity building in the cultural and creative professions.
