President of Republic Congratulates Zambian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, addressed the following message of congratulations this Thursday to His Excellency Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia:
