Minister of Culture Returns to Nouakchott

On 1 October, Mr. El Houssein Ould Meddou, Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication, and Relations with Parliament, and government spokesperson, returned to Nouakchott after participating in the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development (Mondiacult 2025) in Barcelona, Spain.

During the conference, the minister delivered two presentations on culture, education, and peace, reviewing Mauritania’s achievements in these areas.
