Foreign Minister receives Japanese Ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received on Friday in Nouakchott, HE Mr. Uchida Tatsukuni, Ambassador of the Empire of Japan accredited to Mauritania.
During the meeting, both parties reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, explored ways to strengthen and develop them, and discussed issues of mutual interest.
